The Role
As a Project Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering apartment and commercial projects currently in a mix of planning and construction phases.

Drawing on your experience with either a developer or consultancy, you'll coordinate across all stages of delivery, backed by support and training from day one.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships
• Oversee consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery
• Identify and manage project risks, keeping things on track and on brief
• Support PCG meetings and take the lead on key project stages
• Grow into managing projects from feasibility through to completion

What You'll Bring

• Australian experience in property development or project management
• A degree in construction, property, or engineering
• Strong communication and coordination skills across multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience in built form projects, apartments, childcare, retail, or commercial
• A genuine interest in learning and taking ownership of your projects
