The Role
We’re seeking a Site Logistics & Construction Assistant to support day-to-day operations across our warehouse and installation sites. The role is hands-on and ideal for someone with construction logistics experience, strong organisational skills, and a minimum of five years experience with construction trades and materials.

This role will involve working around cranes and heavy lifting equipment to assist with the safe movement and placement of large-scale fabricated components. You’ll work closely with site managers, trades, and subcontractors to ensure our installations are delivered safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with site setup, deliveries, and daily operations

Coordinate materials and equipment across warehouse and site

Work with cranes and rigging equipment to assist in the movement and installation of large components

Operate machinery such as forklifts and assist with dogging and rigging operations

Coordinate site deliveries and subcontractor access

Maintain a clean, well-organised, and safe worksite

Provide general labour support to construction and installation teams

Requirements

Experience in construction, logistics, or site operations

Truck License (MR minimum)

HRW licences: Forklift (LF) essential; Dogging (DG), Rigging (RB or higher) highly desirable; Crane (CV or higher) highly desirable

White Card

Comfortable working around cranes and heavy machinery

Good knowledge and hands on experience with general construction trades and materials

Highly organised and reliable with a proactive attitude

This position is offered as a full-time 6-month contract.
