Stepping into the heart of the NSW Government

Lead with Integrity. Drive Transparency. Shape the Future of Governance in NSW.

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for ethical governance and public accountability?

NSW Treasury is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director, Transparency and Integrity to champion our commitment to transparency, integrity, and trust in government. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design and execution of our Transparency and Integrity Framework—ensuring that our policies and practices not only meet the highest standards of ethical conduct but also empower Treasury to deliver outcomes that matter for the people of New South Wales.

As a trusted advisor to the Treasury Executive, you will navigate complex regulatory landscapes, oversee critical statutory obligations, and represent Treasury at the highest levels of intergovernmental collaboration. This is your opportunity to make a lasting impact—guiding responses to Parliament, Integrity Agencies, Royal Commissions, Commissions of Inquiry and leading a high-performing team dedicated to upholding the values that underpin public trust.

If you are ready to lead with purpose and influence the future of public sector integrity, we want to hear from you.

You will be given opportunities to further enhance and develop your skills by joining senior executive leadership training programs and being part of challenging projects.

We consider work-life balance a key feature of life at Treasury. You will have a high degree of autonomy to structure your work schedule around times to suit both your life outside of the workplace and in line with deliverables.
