THE ROLE/RESPONSIBILITES

• Conduct accurate assessments on damaged properties
• Provide cost competitive estimates and quotations
• Provide comprehensive building reports
• Attend tender meetings with assessors, specialists and building consultants/engineers to produce accurate building scope of works
• Ensure all work conforms to legislative & contractual OH&S requirements
• Maintain knowledge of current building regulations and industry practices
• Manage workload effectively in order to complete multiple tasks in line with client specific SLA’s and KPI’s

ABOUT YOU

• WHS White Card or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Chippy background preferred
• Previous insurance experience is essential
• Outstanding business and time management abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Be highly motivated and achieve good results
• Ability to problem solve issues within residential buildings
• Intermediate skills in Word and Excel and iOS applications
• Must be willing to get on roofs to assess them at times
