We are seeking a results-driven Sales Rep to join our high-performing team. This role is responsible for converting sales over the phone and video calls as well as assisting with in-person sales and upselling opportunities at live events. The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder, highly motivated, and skilled at converting mid and high-ticket services and educational programs.
This role requires exceptional communication skills, a talent for handling objections, and the ability to learn and implement our proven sales system effectively.
You’ll need to create momentum, follow up relentlessly, and close deals with a mix of warm and self-initiated leads, not just wait for inbound inquiries.

Objectives
Sales Conversion
Convert leads into sales over the phone and in person at live events.
Assist with upselling and cross selling clients into mid and high-ticket educational programs during events.
Effectively triage and identify qualified leads
Relationship Building
Build trust and rapport with clients to create long-term relationships.
Effectively nurture leads through consistent follow-up and tailored communication.
Sales Strategy and Process
Master and apply the Mojo Selling System to achieve optimal results.
Confidently handle objections, provide solutions, and close sales effectively.
Maintain a strong understanding of our services and programs to present them compellingly to potential clients.
Target Achievement
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets.
Monitor personal sales performance and seek opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with the team to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activity, and customer interactions in the CRM and other reporting methods
Collaborate with the team to implement and improve sales process and strategy and build a growth machine
Competencies
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
A high degree of emotional intelligence, you can read a buyer and tailor your approach in real-time.
Grit and resilience, you’re unshaken by a ‘no’ and energised by a ‘not yet’.
A proactive, self-motivated approach to meeting and exceeding targets.
Ability to adapt and learn new sales systems and techniques quickly.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with CRM systems and the ability to track and manage leads effectively.
Education and Experience
Previous experience in sales, with a track record of closing mid and high-ticket services, is highly desirable.
Experience in live event or education sales or similar industries is an advantage.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with personal development or educational programs is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Ability to work onsite at live events, which may involve standing or moving for extended periods.
Flexibility to travel as required for events.

Salary & Remuneration
We offer a competitive retainer + high-earning commission structure with uncapped earning potential.
