We install irrigation, but that's only part of what we do. A huge part of our focus is caring for our team, being with tension when it comes up, building ways to work together better. We figure when work is a great place to be, the job gets done well and everyone wins.

Irrigation work is specialised, but we find that when someone comes from a previous trade they pick up the skills really quickly. We’ve built an awesome training process to help newbies ‘get good quick’, and the heart of it is believing you’re capable and providing great support.

The people we hire to be on our team:
- let the team know if things are happening that mean they'll be late or won't be in for work, or if stuff is going on that will impact how they're working
- are team players, will dig a hole with the same care of doing something that seems more important
- have a laugh and get on with everyone without needing to overdo it
- contribute what they think without being someone who gives advice all the time
- don't take themselves too seriously - our team owns up to their mistakes, learns from them and has a laugh.
