The opportunity

As we continue to grow, we are now seeking additional Mechanical and Electrical Mechanical Field Service Technician's to join our team.

In this role, you will be an integral part of the Service Team who are responsible for carrying out scheduled preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, fault finding as well as machine installations and commissioning's at our customer's premises, predominantly within the metro and greater Sydney area but also in regional NSW and occasionally elsewhere within Australia to support our Interstate Technicians when required.

Requirements

Unrestricted Australian working rights

Current valid NSW drivers licence

Demonstrated sound mechanical knowledge

A valid NSW Electrical Contractor or Supervisor licence (highly regarded, but not essential)

Competent with Microsoft Office

Ability to travel interstate with sufficient notice as required

Food Processing Machinery experience (highly regarded, but not essential)

Responsibilities

Learn all the functions of the equipment that the company sells and services

Maintain a solid working understanding of our services and the application of each machine within different industry segments

Uphold a professional presentation with our customers and our suppliers

Complete detailed Service Reports relating to service work, listing parts used, labour hours and work performed
