About the Role

As a Dispense Technician, you will work closely with pharmacists and wellness practitioners to provide exceptional service and support to our diverse patient base. You’ll be involved in:

Preparing and dispensing prescription medications, with a strong focus on medicinal cannabis products

Assisting in patient consultations and providing accurate product information

Managing stock levels, ordering, and handling specialised products

Supporting day-to-day pharmacy operations in a professional, compassionate, and compliant manner

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a pharmacy or dispensary setting (essential)

Experience with Medicinal Cannabis dispensing highly regarded and will influence pay rate

Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a progressive, patient-centred environment

A commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and continuous learning
