Master Technician

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Master Technician to become a key player in providing quality and professional servicing, repairs and maintenance for our customers’ vehicles. This position is ideal for someone eager to grow with an exciting new dealership and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You will be responsible for:

Performing complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles to the highest standards

Using advanced diagnostic tools and technology to identify and resolve technical issues

Mentoring and training junior technicians to develop their skills and knowledge

Always ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and safety

Keeping up to date with the latest technologies and service techniques

Providing expert advice and recommendations to customers on vehicle maintenance and repairs

Delivering excellent customer service by providing clear and professional communication regarding repairs and services

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Extensive experience with vehicle diagnostics, repair, and maintenance

Excellent technical and problem-solving skills

Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis or a Certificate IV in Automotive Technology

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to customers in a clear and friendly manner.

Commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with industry developments

A full, clean driving licence
