Team Event is a special event production agency that has been creating bespoke experiences since 1999. Covering services from full event management, to production, design and creative direction, we are renowned for our creative approach to our work.

Some of our high profile clients include Audi, Qantas, MECCA, top tier investment banks plus many others.

As part of our core Event Team, you will oversee management of our client events from concept, through pre-production and planning to final execution. You will have at least 5 years experience in a similar role, a working knowledge of technical production and an excellent understanding of food, beverage and hospitality, as well as guest experience.

You MUST HAVE excellent organisational skills and computer literacy to manage creation and timeline of: proposals and pitches, event briefs, run sheets, production schedules and budgets. Your creative skills will enable you to gather mood and reference images to assist with driving our creative concepts and proposals.

With exceptional relationship management skills you will be integral in forging and managing client relationships, as well as overseeing internal project teams of production and design staff.

This role is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring the ability to respond to shifting priorities and last-minute changes. The ideal candidate will need to be flexible, adaptable, and thrive in an environment where quick thinking and problem-solving are essential. Being comfortable with evolving situations and adjusting to new demands as they arise will be key to succeeding in this position.

To be successful in this role it is imperative that you have:

At least 5 years' experience in event production (at manager or producer level as relevant)

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Advanced client relationship experience

Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

Advanced Microsoft Office skills – word, excel, powerpoint and outlook

An exceptional ability to co-ordinate people and meet deadlines

The ability to think creatively

The ability to work under pressure, be proactive and show initiative

The ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and output quality

Positive, collaborative, hands-on and energetic attitude

Whilst this is predominantly an on-site role based in our modern offices in Rosebery, there is some flexibility to work from home.
