The Job:

• Manage, plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee the workload, deadlines, and day-to-day activities of the support team members to ensure effective delivery of services
• Provide holiday, training & sickness cover for other
  members of the shift team
• Develop and implement advanced work processes, Job Hazard Analysis reports, and SOPs for critical work with
  risk assessment
• Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function

• Ensure daily site inspections of all Mechanical & Engineering systems and technical equipment are conducted

About You:

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5-8 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered
• Journeyman/Electrician or HVAC license, required, and state and local licensures, where required
• Prior shift leader or supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to work shifts that may include weekends and holidays
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more
• Highly sophisticated math skills
• Ability to calculate somewhat complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc

On Offer:

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.00am -4.00pm
Pay rate: Up to $70 per hour dependent on skills and experience, + super
