The Role

As the Practice Lead, you'll ensure the highest standards of practice across services through:

Oversight of incident escalations and service quality issues

Conducting regular practice reviews, call audits, and complaints investigations

Providing individual and group supervision

Delivering and coordinating training aligned with the organisation’s Model of Care

Supporting onboarding of new team members

Partnering in continuous improvement, audit and quality initiatives

Championing person-centred, trauma-informed care and national safety standards

Contributing to the broader leadership culture and driving practice innovation

Requirements

Essential:

Registration with a relevant Board or Professional body (e.g. AHPRA, AASW)

Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or a related discipline

Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience

Clinical supervision qualifications or experience

Strong understanding of trauma-informed, recovery-oriented and culturally competent care

Proven interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills

High-level skills in assessment, planning, problem-solving, and prioritisation

Competence in digital service delivery and computer systems

Desirable:

Advanced training in trauma, AOD, suicide prevention (e.g. ASIST)

Experience with Salesforce or digital mental health services
