Resource Labour Hire is seeking to recruit and appoint 3 x Leading Hands / Quarry Crushing Supervisors for a Leading Australian Company specialising in Quarrying, Demolition & Recycling.

Immediate Start once Registered & Inducted

You must be Flexible working Monday to Saturday and in Various Locations - Sunshine, Deer Park, Wollert, Lysterfield, Coldstream, Bacchus Marsh and specialist Jobs

Temp to Perm positions - After 13 weeks you will be transitioned across into a permanent role

Rate: $43ph Perm / $53.75ph Casual - 3 months temp to perm

Perm: Company UTE / Mobile Phone / Laptop

Hands On Role / Quarry & Crushing Experience Desired - you'll be learning on the Job. You will be operating Excavators, Loaders, Moxys.

We Want:

3 x Leading Hands / Quarry Crushing Supervisors with a can do attitude, there are daily targets and the challenges of managing a quarry

3 x Leading Hands / Quarry Crushing Supervisor that has a background in Quarrying, Mining or Civil

Excavator Ticket

Loader Ticket

Tickets would be most desired but of you've grown up around machines training can be provided

This is a leadership role so operating the machines is just part of the job

3 x Leading Hands / Quarry Crushing Supervisors with excellent communication, wants to be part of the management team and join the leading company throughout VIC & Australia

3 x Leading Hands / Quarry Crushing Supervisors that are flexible and hard working

Multiple Sites throughout Western & Eastern Suburbs - if a plant goes down you will be required to relocate to another site

Working Hours Monday to Friday 6am to 5pm and Saturday 6am to 12.30pm

Seeking Leaders not Followers

THIS IS A TEMP TO PERM POSITION - after 13 WEEKS if successful they will transition you over permanently

In Return:

Casual Pay Rate $53.75 per hour plus overtime after 8 hours per day / 38 hours per week

Allowances Paid when Applicable

Immediate Start Once Registered & Inducted - you must be Double Vaxxed to Complete the Induction
