Job description:
Location: Sydney CBD and Parramatta
Employment Type: Temporary Full-Time (12-month contract)
Salary: $125,693 - $138,510 per annum, plus employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
Your Role
Join a high-impact team driving digital transformation across NSW Courts and Tribunals. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive strategic digital initiatives that improve justice services and deliver real outcomes for communities across the state.
What You'll Do
As part of the Strategy, Reform and Support team within Courts, Tribunals and Service Delivery, you will:
- Lead and manage projects aligned with strategic priorities.
- Develop business cases and manage digital investment prioritisation processes.
- Analyse data to support investment decisions and project outcomes.
- Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
You'll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a team that values innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Strong project management experience, particularly in business focused initiatives.
- Excellent communication, written and verbal, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience developing business cases, establishing governance and managing associated processes, and business analysis.
- Some experience in managing investment prioritisation
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Information and Digital Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
