We’re on the lookout for a enthusiastic, hands-on and experienced Centre Director to lead our brand-new, purpose-built 88-place centre opening late June in Sorrento.

This is more than just a job – it’s your chance to shape the culture, handpick your team, and lead a service from the very beginning with the full support of an experienced Area Manager and Operations Manager behind you. About the Role

As Centre Director, you'll be the heart of our new Sorrento service, responsible for:

Leading and inspiring your team from day one

Creating a warm, engaging, and safe environment for children and families

Overseeing all daily operations with a focus on excellence and compliance

Building a strong community presence and fostering relationships with local families

Managing team performance, development, and wellbeing

Ensuring high-quality education aligned with EYLF and NQS

Acting as Nominated Supervisor for the service

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care

A minimum of 2 year's experience as a Centre Director

WA Working with Children Check

National Police Clearance (within 6 months or willing to obtain)

First Aid in Education and Care Setting (or willing to obtain)

A strong understanding of the NQF and a passion for high-quality education

Natural leadership, strong time management and the ability to build a great team

Australian working rights
