About Goodstart Riverside Gardens, WA:
Work closely with the Centre Director to support the daily operations of a 72-place centre and ensure a high-quality learning environment.
Mentor and coach educators, fostering professional development and continuous improvement in teaching practices.
Float across all rooms, providing leadership and support to different age groups while maintaining consistency in educational standards.
Spacious indoor and outdoor learning environments promote curiosity and exploration through a play-based curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.

Youโll need:
Diploma OR Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
Current WA Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
