As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated Allied Health Professional to join our dynamic and supportive team.

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a qualified Allied Health Professional (e.g., Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, Psychologist, Social Worker) to join our team on a casual basis for a minimum of 20 hours per week with potential for more hours and full time. Flexible working hours and a supportive, collaborative environment make this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

Working with autistic teenagers and young adults to support their social skills development.

Delivering our PEERS Program

Deliver individual and/or group-based therapy sessions

Develop and implement client-centred therapeutic goals

Collaborate with families, support workers, and multidisciplinary team members

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Participate in team meetings and case discussions

NDIS report writing

About You:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Relevant tertiary qualification in Allied Health

Registered practitioner with provider number.

Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Willingness to learn.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals

Desirable:

Minimum 1 year of clinical experience

Experience working with autistic people
