The Orange Umbrella is a forward-thinking allied health led company dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to people with disability. Our current team of forty dedicated professionals is now expanding. With our head office located in vibrant Norwood and our newly renovated Health Centre also based in Norwood, we operate throughout metropolitan Adelaide and Coober Pedy. We are passionate about making a difference in the community.

We are looking for experienced career disability support professionals and mental health professionals who want to be part of a team and follow the growth trajectory of the business. Provide support to individuals with complex care needs, assist with daily living activities and social and community access and ensure a high standard of care, dignity and respect.

Qualifications:

Candidates must hold relevant certification and professional registrations as appropriate.

You will also need to be proficient in English reading and writing and can build fast rapport with multiple clients.

Our clients are complex and therefore clear English speaking is essential.

Additional qualifications eg medication administration and manual handling will be viewed favourably.

Highly desirable:

Experience with neurological disorders or justice cases.

We also have a passionate team that support clients in the neurodivergent community – candidates with lived experience are encouraged to apply.

Mature experienced staff and enrolled nurses are encouraged to apply.
