The Role

Join The Fitting Belt Company as a Customer Service/sales Representative on a casual permanent basis. This vital role will see you provide exceptional customer service to clients and support the wider sales team. Based in our Marrickville office, you'll be key in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Your primary task is to contact our existing customer database daily and procure new customers. No work from home. 3 days.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer complaints and queries, working to resolve issues promptly

Provide information about products, services, and policies to customers

Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

Maintain detailed customer records and documentation

Support the sales team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

Call the client database every day. This is your primary responsibility

Weekly report to the office manager and the general manager

Procure new customers

What We're Looking For

Experience with cold calling

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

A people person, as you will be on the phone talking to our customers all day, every day
