About the Job

We work with commercial, heavy industry, utilities and government clients to service buildings, instrumentation and electrical equipment. This includes preventative maintenance campaigns, faut finding and installation of lighting, power, BMS, instrumentation and communications.

What we are looking for:

Autonomous operator

We are looking for someone that wants to be more then just a number, will take the bull by the horns showing initiative to liaise with our clients and field techs, provide material lists, plan in maintenance works and schedule labor. You will have intermediate level understanding maintenance systems and be able to develop schedule routine tasks effectively.

Technical ability

Clear understanding of electrical systems and maintenance trade qualified preference

Ability to develop maintenance strategies of electrical systems and maintenance

Strong understanding of scheduling and activity timeframes

Ability to estimate maintenance activities

Ability to provide remote support for field staff

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem solving and design skills

Ability to work in a team environment
