About the Role:
We are looking for reliable, team-oriented security professionals who are confident communicators, team players, and have willingness to learn. This role is suited to officers who thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

Alarm Management and Prioritisation: Timely response, claiming, and investigation into facility-activated alarms managed by the Operation Centre.

Facility Access Control: Operate gatehouse systems to manage vehicle access and egress, including intercoms, boom gates, and sliding gates.

Verbal Communication: Answering all inbound phone calls and intercom calls from key stakeholders.

Access Control - new or replacement card checks, data entry checks to ensure accuracy, and the printing and dispatch process (training provided).

CCTV Camera Audits: complete of CCTV camera audits and escalation of any camera maintenance requirements (training provided).

System Health Checks: Complete system health checks and escalation of any maintenance requirements (training provided).

Shared Mailbox Management: Categorise inbound emails, prioritization of urgent emails, and delegation.

Complete logs, incident reports, and basic computer-based tasks

Respond promptly to any unusual activity or site breaches

Work collaboratively within a multi-officer team

What We’re Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you must:

Be available for full-time or part-time work. Availability must be flexible to meet the needs of the site.

Hold a current Security Licence and First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)

Be comfortable wearing safety boots and a high-visibility vest (PPE required)

Demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving skills and reliability

Be confident using basic computer systems and completing written logs
