This role is an opportunity for a Senior Director to take on a Residential Development: Acquisitions, Compensation & Litigation role within the Sydney Valuation and Advisory service line for a top-tier Australian Property & Advisory firm.

This type of role offers a challenge due to the nature of hypothetical subdivisions and compulsory acquisitions. The longstanding experience of the team and their excellent relationships with litigators however mitigates these challenges making the work not only lucrative, but rewarding.

The Role:

Residential Development for Greenfield / Brownfield sites primarily in the Sydney Metro & Inner-Fringe areas.

Hypothetical Feasibility & Modelling for proposed Zoning / Subdivisions and potential Compensation & Litigation.

Land Development/Subdivisions, Agricultural Land and Rural Residential.

Transaction Management, Market Values & Hypothetical "As If" Market Values.

The culture is highly collaborative with advice readily accessible and help available on the more challenging jobs. They have strong Res Dev technical support from interstate teams & there are no carve outs in NSW.

Key Experience Areas:

10+ years experience in Commercial Valuations with a good portion of this in Residential Development & Feasibility / Modelling.
