To be successful in this role you must:

Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or possess equivalent relevant experience.

Have at least three years of experience in marketing, preferably within the food distribution, FMCG, or hospitality supply sectors.

Demonstrate strong analytical abilities to assess market demand, customer behaviour, and industry trends.

Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Be proficient in digital marketing tools, campaign tracking platforms, and content creation.

Possess a results-driven and detail-oriented approach to planning and execution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to assess demand for new food products and identify opportunities to expand into new restaurant and retail sectors.

Develop and implement marketing strategies including pricing, promotions, and product positioning tailored to the foodservice distribution environment.

Provide insights and strategic advice on product mix, promotional campaigns, and client segmentation based on market feedback and sales data.

Manage the design, planning, and rollout of marketing content across relevant B2B channels—such as product brochures, online updates, and seasonal promotions to ensure brand consistency.

Maintain accurate, ethical, and legally compliant messaging across all marketing materials, particularly those involving product descriptions and labelling.

Ensure that all marketing efforts align with company’s commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term brand development.
