The Company
Join this leading national organisation, as a Customer Service Consultant to help manage the inbound calls from customers. Being the first point of contact for the customers is a crucial role within the business and detailed training is provided to ensure you can be the best at what you do.

The Role
Be the key person in connecting with customers and handling calls through to resolution
Manage the inbound call volume, keeping the customer in mind at all times
Be actively engaged with customers to provide them with accurate and timely information on products/services
Have availability to work with a rotating roster between the hours 8am - 7pm Monday - Friday, but do standard 38 hour week

Your Skills and Expertise
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Proven experience in Customer centric roles with examples of where you've been able to provide exceptional customer service to resolution
Worked with a product or service that has complexity or within a heavily regulated sector to ensure you have a high level of accuracy in all work
Ability to work well with new system and apply this new knowledge to a role
Proven reliability and team work focused
