The Merchandise Flow Specialist is responsible for supporting the movement of merchandise through the network to stores ensuring effective and efficient allocation and distribution processes. This role ensures that the merchandise is able to reach stores as quickly as possible and aids stakeholders experiencing minimal issues in processing.

POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support core planning and PC in creating efficiency and effective flow of goods

Educate on best practice flow to support planning and pc outcomes

Build and maintain key tools and documents to support execution of weekly production

Support execution of weekly production plans liaising with Core Planning and PC to understand and communicate adjustments, risks, opportunity

Advocate and report on cross-dock, LP integrity, flow plans and ad hoc reporting as needed

Maintain and build relationships within key stakeholder partners to enhance understandings and decision making

Report on data findings to support decision making.

Provide mentoring to allocation analysts as required to ensure adherence to allocation best practices
