Salary Package: $75,000 - $85,000 + Superannuation

Role Overview:
Join a dynamic team and global insurer known for its high-performing claims division. They are seeking an experienced Claims Specialist with a background in commercial property to manage a portfolio of commercial claims.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of commercial property and motor claims end to end
• Assess damages, liaise with stakeholders and clients
• Work across multiple commercial insurance products, leveraging your claims expertise
• Support claimants throughout the claims process, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and service providers to deliver top-tier customer service

Candidate Profile

In order to be successful in this role, you will have:

• At least 3-5 years' experience in end-to-end commercial property claims
• Strong organisation and excellent communication skills
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer service
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of claims process
