As we continue to expand our operations, we are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Metal Roof Maintenance Installer to join our dynamic team.

We have an immediate need for a Metal Roof Maintenance Installer to join our team ASAP.

About the role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing maintenance tasks on metal roofing systems, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications. Your role will involve working closely with our maintenance team, conducting inspections, and carrying out necessary repairs and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute maintenance tasks on metal roofing systems according to specifications.

Collaborate with the maintenance team to undertake inspections, repairs and installs (Brick sill flashings, parapet capping, lower roofs, fascia extensions, cutback gutters etc.).

Utilize your skills in diagnosing and resolving metal roof issues.

Work with precision and accuracy in executing repairs and upgrades.

Carry out measurements and assessments for maintenance projects.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in metal roof maintenance, repairs and finish works.

Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with metal roofing systems.

Strong problem-solving skills in the context of metal roof maintenance.

Excellent organization and time management skills.

Effective communication with clients, tradespeople, and colleagues.

Proficiency in administrative tasks related to maintenance projects.

Familiarity with RoofWizard/CAD Estimating and Microsoft Excel.

Current Driver's License is required.

Remuneration:

Negotiable package based on experience. Can be contract hourly rate or on salary.
