Our fast-growing commercial Property Services Company specialising in Retail Maintenance and small to medium projects is now looking for a candidate with a strong client service focus and 'can do' mentality to fill the role of Maintenance Handyman.

We are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled tradesman to join our team on a full-time basis. Our office is in Windsor (Brisbane) although you are not expected to attend every day.

About the role:

A company vehicle is available for the right candidate.

You will be responsible for undertaking small repairs for our retail clients throughout South East Qld. The ability to work unsupervised is essential.

You will also work in live pubs and hotels to close out project defects and other reactive maintenance.

You will manage your own time, so displaying exceptional time management is important.

You will often undertake up to 3 jobs in a day, sometimes a job will take 3 days.

Successful Applicants will possess:

A very high level of customer service

Experience in commercial works

Be a strong all-rounder with a wide range of trade skills

An ability to handle tasks thoroughly and with a sense of urgency

A track record of working safely

The ability to swiftly identify and evaluate day to day problems and the ability to correct them

The capacity to work unsupervised

Good attention to detail

Excellent grooming and presentation

A professional approach when dealing with staff and clients

Fuel card and a company vehicle is on offer to the right candidate
