Tasks and Responsibilities

Developing strong relationships with children, families and educators at the centre.

Implementing policies and associated procedures of the organisation.

Collaborating with coworkers to oversee the day to day duties and care of children.

Actively support every child to participate in the program and ensure it promotes children’s agency, choices and influence.

Model and support coworkers to utilise a variety of teaching strategies including reflective practice in daily work.

The Successful Applicant will have:

A Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services

A Working with Children Check

A current First Aid Certificate
