We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with fellow educators to deliver high-quality, play-based learning experiences that support children's development and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Planning & Implementation: Design and deliver age-appropriate educational programs that align with the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Child Development Support: Observe, document, and assess children's progress, tailoring activities to meet individual needs and interests.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with educators and families to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation, including the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications.
• Demonstrated knowledge of child development and the EYLF.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate with families.

• Experience in a similar role within an early childhood setting (2 years).
