As the HRIS Systems Lead, you will take ownership of SAP SuccessFactors and manage the system end-to-end, from maintaining the organisational hierarchy and system administration through to troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
This newly-created role forms a key part of the People Development & Safety Team and will also work closely with our Finance Team and oversee the related HRIS governance, role-based permissions and position management.

Support the EBA implementation processes within SAP SuccessFactors ensuring relevant testing is managed
Enhance the overall user experience and system knowledge through training guides and workshops
Oversee System releases making recommendations and managing pre and post-launch testing
System Reporting including people metrics and compliance reports
About you
At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR Systems and Reporting role.
Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors System Administration, specifically with Employee Central Core, Recruitment & Onboarding
Strong technical skills in troubleshooting, configuration, testing, and reporting
Ability and adeptness to work cross-functionally across Finance, IT and HR
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Formulas.
