About the Role
Ultimate Security is seeking a professional and customer-focused Security Concierge to join our team, based at a premium corporate site in the Adelaide CBD. This is a full-time position suited to someone who takes pride in delivering safety and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and security of people, property, assets, and information at all times

Maintain a comfortable, professional, and welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and customers

Deliver high levels of customer service in line with Ultimate Security’s core values of trust, honesty, and agility

Monitor and manage access control and CCTV systems effectively

Conduct regular physical patrols of the site to maintain a visible security presence

Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents and security concerns

Assist with staff and customer queries in a professional and efficient manner

Manage emails and support the coordination of onsite events as required

Selection Criteria:

The successful candidate will have:

Valid SA Security Licence (monitoring endorsement preferred)

Valid First Aid Certificate

Availability to work full-time

Experience using computer-based systems and records management software

Previous experience in a corporate setting (desired but not essential)

Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Professional appearance and a strong customer-facing presence

Ability to remain calm, make decisions under pressure, and resolve conflicts effectively

Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Demonstrates punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic
