The Role

We’re seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our team. This multifaceted role is crucial in ensuring our residents receive top-notch service and enjoy a seamless living experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide warm, friendly assistance to residents and visitors

Manage resident requests, bookings, and inquiries

Chauffeur residents safely and punctually

Monitor and assist with events and resident activities

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of common areas

Handle mail and deliveries

Monitor security and manage visitor access

Utilise various software programs for efficient operations

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a similar multitasking role

Strong communication skills and tech-savvy mindset

Valid driver’s license

First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Positive team player with a respectful attitude

Familiarity with (or willingness to learn) Retirement legislation and standards

Work Schedule

Casual role (8-24 hours/week) with potential to move to part-time

Afternoon/Night shift (3:30pm - 11:30pm) and/or Day shift (7:30am - 3:30pm)

7 days/week availability required
