What You’ll Be Doing

• Crafting strengths-based behaviour support plans that actually work—in homes, schools, and communities
• Building trusted relationships with families, support workers, and educators
• Leading functional assessments and applying evidence-based strategies that stick
• Collaborating in weekly team huddles, peer debriefs, and meaningful mentoring
• Being part of a culture that genuinely walks the talk on clinical excellence and practitioner wellbeing

We’d Love to Hear From You if You

• Are an NDIS-endorsed Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core Proficiency +)
• Know how to develop behaviour support plans and conduct functional assessments
• Understand the NDIS and value trauma-informed, strengths-led practice
• Have a driver’s license and your own reliable, insured car
• Are eligible to work in Australia and hold (or are happy to obtain) relevant industry checks
