Concrete Construction Cadet - Site-Based Role

We are a leading Concrete Construction Company working on large-scale projects with top-tier building companies. We are looking for a motivated and driven Construction Cadet to join our team. This entry-level, site-based role offers plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, with diverse challenges every day.

The current project sites are located in Carlingford, Rhodes and Matraville NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist the site manager with daily site operations and coordination

· Estimate tenders and submit proposals.

· Collate costs of goods and purchasing.

· Provide general project administration support.

· Update and monitor the WHS (Workplace Health and Safety) manual.

· Monitor compliance and plants management.

· Update and maintain daily project logs, ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans), and concrete reports.

Essential Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years of tertiary education in Construction or related field, or 3 years' relevant industry experience

· Strong problem-solving abilities

· Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

· Valid driver’s license and own transport

· Strong communication skills

· White Card certification

· Immediate availability
