What to expect:

Our property inspectors are passionate about being team players and are driven to provide exceptional customer service. Once our Bookings team completes our customers’ schedules, our Property Inspectors serve as the single point of contact for those clients and manage communication between the corresponding teams. You must be eager to engage with clients, as this role will be crucial in nurturing partnerships and being willing to be trained.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain exceptional customer service with clients, ensuring their needs are met.

Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.

Undertake in-house tasks, including phone sales, when there are no field inspections.

Willing to drive between properties across Metropolitan Sydney as the day starts in the field.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with polite and courteous personality.

Willing to be trained in other areas of our business sales/marketing/negotiations

Own a reliable vehicle + comprehensively insured vehicle with full license + clean driving record

No criminal record
