About the Role

As a Trade Hand, you'll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our busy trade and retail yard. Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Stacking timber and maintaining yard presentation
• Providing friendly, hands-on customer service
• Performing general yard duties as required

Essential Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude

Desirable Attributes

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work as part of a supportive team
• General knowledge of timber and building products
• A valid forklift license (not essential but a bonus)
• Previous experience operating a forklift or in a similar yard role (not required)
