Tagteam Australia is a leading Australian owned and operated electrical contracting company specialising in all aspects of electrical work. Due to expansion and the addition of new clients, opportunity exists for qualified, experienced and motivated Handy Person to join our Service team.

The role will be based within our services team across various buildings across metropolitan Sydney. In this role you will be required to work autonomously and as part of a team. In conjunction with our service co-ordinators you will be required to manage your daily schedule to ensure all of our client’s needs are met consistently. You will be maintaining a multi storey office building.

Applicants MUST :

Hold full Australian working rights

have a current NSW Drivers Lic. ( drive manual )

have a Police check.

Current Flu vacination.

be able to communicate professionally

always be presentable and clean

be able to work unsupervised + with others.

have an Induction Card ( 'whitecard' )

have experience in Commercial Construction

Preferred Applicants to have :-

General experience in as many of these skills as possible: Electrical, Carpentry, Tiling (minor repairs only), door repairs, and window maintenance, General property maintenance.Building Trades.

basic hand tools + power tools.

Tasks & responsibilities

Handling basic repairs and maintenance, and performing preventative maintenance

Installing household appliances such as printers and dishwashers

Fitting shelves, hanging pictures and furniture assembly

Replacing flyscreens, rubbish removal, and gutter cleaning

lights and lamp replacements, gyprocking, painting, door installation

Identify, document and report maintenance and repair work

Suggest additional repairs when identified and needed

As many of these skills as possible: Electrical, Carpentry, Tiling (minor repairs only), door repairs, and window maintenance, General property maintenance.
