About the Role:
A leading multinational organisation is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processes across Australia and New Zealand. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage monthly and fortnightly payrolls for Australia and New Zealand.
• Review and approve payrolls for other Oceania entities where payroll is not processed in-house.
• Handle out-of-cycle payments and adjustment runs as required.
• Process salary reviews, bonus payments, award increases, novated lease documentation, allowances, and employee detail changes.
• Accurately calculate cessation payments and liabilities.
• Utilise the Time & Attendance System for data reporting and processing.
• Maintain compliance with Single Touch Payroll (STP) and Inland Revenue reporting requirements.
• Manage awards and employment conditions, including Enterprise Agreements and adherence to National Employment Standards.

About the Client:
This organisation operates within a complex, multi-jurisdictional payroll environment, utilising Sap and Chris21 to manage payroll operations across Australia and New Zealand. The company is known for its commitment to compliance, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 5 years' proven payroll experience.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Chris21
• Successfactors and Kronos would also be a bonus
• Strong understanding of Australian payroll laws and tax regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management.
• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, HR, or a related field are preferred.
