Description

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your role will include:

• Process high-volume, end-to-end payroll
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Coach and develop Payroll Officers
• Interpret and apply relevant legislation, awards, and EBAs
• Support system enhancements
• Generate regular payroll related reports
• Interpret and apply relevant legislation, awards, and EBAs
• Prepare and lodge payroll tax, superannuation, and other statutory reporting
• Conduct payroll reconciliations and assist with audits and year-end processing
• Other ad hoc tasks

Profile

We are seeking experienced payroll candidates with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement. The role will require candidates who can work across multiple EBA's / Awards and thrive in a fast paced environment.
