As a leading payroll provider in the recruitment industry, they are seeking a talented mid-senior level payroll officer to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Providing end-to-end payroll services for casual contractors
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Ensuring compliance with super, legislation, and statutory obligations
• Managing contractor and employee onboarding processes
• Handling inquiries and providing support to clients and contractors regarding timesheets and payroll
• Supporting the Implementation team with client onboarding
• Providing sales support, including preparing quotes and proposals

About the Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll
• Experience processing contractor payroll or working within the recruitment industry is an advantage
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with Astute, foundU or Keypay an advantage
• A good sense of humour and a positive attitude
