DENTAL RECEPTIONIST(Full Time/Part Time)

Excellent opportunity in a state-of-the-art Dental practice in Gosnells , Close to public transportation, plenty of parking facility.

Timings - Receptionist needed on a Part Time/ Full Time basis.

Gosnells Dental Centre is conveniently located on Fremantle Road close to Gosnell's Railway Markets.

We have been serving the community of Gosnells for more than 15 years.

About the Role/ Duties.

A dynamic front desk coordinator who can fulfill the reception duties.

The Role

Answering phone calls

Appointment scheduling

Patient and practice management

Processing payments through HICAPS and cash handling

Stock control

Assist in Sterilization and Infection control procedures as needed.

Skills and experience

Have excellent oral and written communication skills

Have strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to multi task, support and work collaboratively as a team member.

Previous experience using D4W is desirable
