We’re on the lookout for vibrant and motivated Receptionists and Dental Assistants to join our welcoming teams at Brabham Smiles and Simple Dental Warwick. These are full-time positions offering variety, growth, and the opportunity to be part of two modern, supportive dental clinics.

About You:

• You’re confident, friendly, and passionate about delivering excellent patient care

• You have excellent multitasking and interpersonal skills

• You bring a positive attitude to everything you do

• You’re a team player who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment

• D4W (Dental 4 Windows) experience is highly desirable

• You must have full working rights in Australia

• You are willing to work rotational Saturdays as required

Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Welcoming patients and handling phone enquiries

• Managing appointment bookings and recalls

• Processing payments, health fund claims, and administrative tasks

• Supporting clinicians with day-to-day flow of the clinic

Dental Assistant Responsibilities:

• Chairside assisting for a range of procedures

• Sterilisation and infection control in line with standards

• Providing comfort and care to patients throughout their visit

• Assisting with general clinic organisation and support
