Dental Receptionist - Permanent full-time hours

NO WEEKEND WORK OR LATE NIGHTS REQUIRED!

We are looking for a personable, highly motivated, outgoing character that wants to become part of our wonderful team dedicated to helping patients.

We look forward to hearing from those with:

Great communication skills.

Previous work history in the dental or medical industries with reception experience.

Good computer skills and experience with Exact Dental Software.

The ability to work well within a small team as well as independently.

Great organization skills.

Ability to provide excellent customer service to patients.

The ability to learn new skills and be proactive.

Experience with dental assisting is a bonus but not essential.

Principal responsibilities include:

Being the welcoming face and voice of the clinic.

Accurate entering of patient data.

Managing telephone and email enquiries.

Coordination of appointments.

Coordination of laboratory work.

Processing billings and payments – including Private Health Funds, Medicare and DVA

Helping with reports and referrals.

Helping with stock management.
