Now, we’re looking for a passionate, warm, and professional Dental Receptionist to be the first face patients see when they walk through our doors.

As our Dental Receptionist, you will be central to delivering a smooth and unforgettable patient experience. You’ll be working in a modern, beautifully designed clinic, alongside a supportive and talented clinical team, in a role that truly makes a difference in people’s lives.

🙌 What You’ll Bring

Warm and confident communication skills

A proactive, positive, and team-first mindset

Ability to stay organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Tech-savvy with strong admin and computer skills

Previous dental or medical reception experience is preferred (but not essential)

Welcome and support patients throughout their treatment journey

Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling

Handle patient records and enquiries with professionalism and care

Work closely with clinicians and surgical teams to ensure seamless coordination
