The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a proactive, energetic, and highly organised Office Administrator to join our Maroochydore office on a full-time basis. This is a key role that supports the daily operations of the firm and contributes to the seamless functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities

Managing reception and acting as the first point of contact for clients

Entering daily business transactions into the firm’s software system

Processing weekly EFTs from the trust account

Handling accounts payable and managing debt collection

Assisting the Practice Manager with day-to-day office coordination

Supporting various administrative and operational projects as needed

Organising internal social events and team functions

Maintaining the firm’s social media presence

Coordinating continuing legal education and maintaining the CPD register

Managing incoming and outgoing mail and general office errands, including weekly shopping

Providing general administrative support to the team

About You
The ideal candidate will be a capable all-rounder who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoys contributing to a team-oriented culture. You will have:

Previous experience in a business administration role (legal industry experience is preferred)

Exceptional organisational and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

A friendly, energetic, and approachable personality

The ability to work independently and collaboratively

A high level of professionalism, particularly in client-facing interactions

Excellent word processing skills

A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

Familiarity with Affinity or other legal practice management software (preferred but not essential)

A great sense of humour!
