We’re on the hunt for a passionate Barista to join our friendly team at the Beach Willow Nursery Café, nestled within a thriving plant nursery in Mt Duneed. If you love great coffee, warm hospitality, and a beautiful garden setting, this could be your perfect gig!

About the Role:

Craft consistently excellent coffee and beverages

Provide warm, efficient customer service

Assist with light food prep and café operations

Maintain a clean, organised workspace

Help create a welcoming experience in our leafy, relaxed environment

Working days: Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday

Additional hours/days may be required

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year barista experience (dialling in, milk texturing, latte art a bonus!)

Friendly, team-focused attitude

Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team

A love of nature, plants, and the local community
