We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual or couple to take on the role of Accommodation Manager at our property in Ocean Shores, Northern Rivers. This is a live-in position for the right candidate. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly - from guest relations to general maintenance and gardening, while fostering a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of motel operations, including reception, housekeeping, and guest services.

Ensure rooms are cleaned and maintained to a high standard (Cleaning is optional, depending on the salary tier you choose)

Deliver excellent customer service by addressing guest enquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

Oversee property upkeep, including gardening, small handyman tasks, scheduling pest inspections and necessary treatments.

Handle guest bookings and reservations using our RMS Cloud reservation system (training provided).

Handle any on-the-spot challenges and be able to think quickly to ensure smooth operations.

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in accommodation management or hospitality is preferred

Experience working in regional locations

Experience in community-focused or support-based programs is a bonus.

A high level of cleaning experience is preferred

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,600 – $90,000 per year
