We're currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Draftsperson / Joinery Detailer (Lister) with Microvellum experience to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

As a Lister/Joinery Detailer, your primary objective will be to produce accurate and detailed cutting lists and drawings for our projects. You will work closely with management, estimators, and project managers to ensure our factory receives the correct information in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and informative cutting lists and shop drawings

Conduct material and hardware take-offs as required

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth production flow

Review and report discrepancies in project drawings

Maintain documentation including job files and drawing registers

Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety, and quality systems

What We’re Looking For

• Trade background in Cabinet Making and architectural joinery

• Proficient in Microvellum (essential), AutoCAD, MS Excel & Word

• Understanding of CNC operations

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Strong attention to detail and work ethic

• Ability to plan, prioritise, and problem-solve within a team
