About the role

Evolve Early Education is seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in Mackay, Queensland. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds and development of young children in our stimulating and nurturing early learning environment. What you'll be doing

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework

Observe and document children's progress, adjusting teaching strategies to meet individual needs

Foster a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery

Build strong, positive relationships with children, families and the broader community

Collaborate with the wider education team to continuously improve educational practices

Actively participate in professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

Minimum 2 years' experience as an Early Childhood Teacher

Demonstrated ability to create and implement engaging, play-based learning programs

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail

Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting the holistic development of young children

Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
